Give a short description of your small group. This will be displayed in your group profile so others can see what your small group is about.



What are some tags (keywords or categories) that would identify your small group? Separate multiple tags by commas)

2. Your church

What is the name of your church, ministry or organization?


Example: Grace Community Church, Central Baptist Church, etc

3. The group administrator

The last step requires a group administrator to be assigned. If you are filling out this form, you are probably that person. If you already have a Lifeboat14 account you can login below, otherwise you can create a new account below.

Once you've created your account, you'll be able to add as many other people to your group as you'd like. Each person will have their own log-in information.
